1. Yellow Pasque (Mongolia flower found in Birch Forest)
The yellow pasque mongolia flower is a perennial herb that flowers towards the beginning of May to July.
Scientifically called Pulsatilla Apiifolia, you will find it growing in larch and birch forest, forest fringes, pine forests, river Valleys, Kobresia meadows.
Traditionally, Mongolians use the roots for treating scurvy, broken bones and diarrhoea.
You can find the yellow pasque flower in the Birch forest near Ulaanbaatar. But this mongolia flower is rare in the Steppe slopes.
2. Edelweiss (Mongolia Flower found in Gorkhi Tereji National Park)
The Edelweiss blooms between May and September so it will be a sight to see if you visit Mongolia at this time. It is commonly found from the mountain steppe to the mountain belt in Mongolia. It is very well known since it is a national symbol especially in Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Switzerland.
Traditionally, the folks believe giving this flower to a loved one is like a promise of dedication. In the ancient Mongolia, it was used to make a foot pad for boots to help treat low blood pressure.

3. Greater Celandine (Chelidonium Majus)

The greater celandine is a beautiful perennial herb with beautiful yellow flowers, which flowers and fruits in Mongolia, between May and September each year. If you visit the larch Forests, birch grooves, waterside shrubberies, shady foot of rocks and even the bottom of the creek valley you will see their captivating beauty.
Your trips to the national parks of Gorkhi-Terelji National Park, Khustai National Park, Altai Tavan Bogd National Park, Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park and Khuvsgul National Park will give you a wonderful feel of the greater celandine.
4. Purple Pasque flower

The purple pasque flower is often the first wildflower to spot on the grey ground of Mongolia when early spring begins.
These Mongolian flowers have a beautiful blue- violet colour and like to grow in the mountain-steppe, the sandy and stony slopes, by water side pebbles, in pine forests, in dry Forest fringes or sandy and forb-grass steppes.

5. Tiger Iris

The Tiger Iris have a beautiful dark blue, violet or light purple colour. You will find Tiger Iris in most game parks with steppe debris and stony slopes, rocks and screes, and sandy-pebble steppes. You can find many of this mongolia flower at the banks of the Kherlen River.
